1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using namoclaw (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to every visitor, user and account holder.

2. Nature of the Service

namoclaw is a personal, non-commercial, experimental project built and maintained by an individual in their spare time. All features — including model browsing, the chat playground, the Text Generator, prompt templates and the AI blog — are tentative, best-effort designs offered "as is" for exploration and learning. They are not a production-grade or professional product.

3. Third-party models and providers

The Service does not host, train or operate any of the AI models it exposes. Instead, it relays your requests to third-party inference platforms using the operator's personal accounts and API keys. These platforms include, but are not limited to:

• OpenRouter
• SiliconFlow
• Other aggregators and model providers that may be added or removed over time

Because access depends on personal accounts, shared quotas, rate limits, credit balances and the terms of those third parties, the Service can be throttled, degraded or interrupted at any moment. Model names, versions and behavior may change without notice when a provider updates or retires a model. Your use of any model is also subject to the respective provider's own terms and usage policies.

4. No warranty of availability or stability

You expressly acknowledge that the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator makes no promise regarding uptime, response time, throughput, data retention or the continued existence of any feature, account or generated content. The Service may go offline permanently at any time, and any stored data may be lost.

5. No warranty of accuracy

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or misleading output. All content generated through the Service is unverified and must not be relied upon for any important, professional, legal, medical, financial or safety-related decision. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before using it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the terms of the underlying third-party providers;
• Generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content;
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying provider accounts;
• Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit access to the models.

The operator may suspend or restrict access, or disable registrations entirely, at any time and for any reason.

7. Accounts

If account registration is enabled, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts, along with any associated content, may be modified or deleted at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of namoclaw shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on generated content or from any interruption or unavailability of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
